Outside the world of training I am a keen sportsman. In the past I played Rugby to a reasonably high level before a torn ACL hampered my career. I currently enjoying participating in a wide variety of sports on a social basis including; Tennis, Squash, Golf, Football, Skiing, Rock Climbing and Surfing.

Success Story

Since I started working out with Alistair almost a year ago, I have lost over 20lbs and completed a 10k run in a time i did not think was possible for me. Alistair began by teaching me how to eat healthy and got my body to move effectively. From this foundation we built up the strength and work capacity of my muscles which not only got me stronger than ever with greater stamina but also burnt off all the extra weight i had been carrying around for years. Every session is a challenge but a good challenge and I can't wait to see how i can progress in the upcoming year.
